Ok, so this journal is going to be my journal for tracking weight loss and the things I eat daily. My other journal, [info]clairabelle05 is going to be reserved for the rest of my life. I know that not all people really care about hearing about my weight struggles, so I wanted to create a separate journal.

I have always struggled with my weight for my entire life. Finally, around 10th grade, I decided to join Weight Watchers (at which point I weighed 210 pounds). I lost 40 pounds (got as low as 168 but hung around 170 lbs.) and couldn't have been happier. I went off WW around senior year and maintained my weight for about a year (+- 5 pounds).

Then I went to college. Freshman 15 is not a myth! It really happens if you aren't conscious of what you are eating, or if you don't get much exercise! Then the sophomore 15 happened to me as well. And, well, needless to say, I am back to where I started in 10th grade. It's very upsetting that I let myself slide that far back, but it's understandable why it happened.

So this summer I am trying to journey back to where I used to be. Come along with me and follow the trail!
